To celebrate National Chook Health Week, Barastoc is holding the inaugural Commonhealth Games from Monday 9 September to Sunday 15 September. We’re encouraging people to share how they are preparing their chooks to go for gold.

Each day of the week, chook owners can submit an entry on any of the six different categories below.

The Barastoc community will have one final chance to submit entries on Sunday, before the winners of each category are announced on Monday 16 September.

First place winners will receive a medal, treadle feeder and voucher for a 20kg bag of Barastoc Poultry feed.

Second and third-place contestants will receive a voucher for a 20kg bag of Barastoc Poultry feed.
